you represent to us that you have authority to bind that business or entity to these terms, and that business accepts these terms. By using any of the Services, you agree to these General Terms. You also agree to any additional terms specific to Services you use (“Additional Terms”), such as those listed below, which become part of your agreement with us (collectively, the “Terms”). You should read all of our terms carefully.
You must be 18 years or older or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use this Service. To access and use the Services, you must register for a eCashbox account (“Account”) by providing your full legal name, current address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required.
You acknowledge that eCashbox will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication.
You are responsible for all activity and content such as photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, information, or data uploaded, collected, generated, stored, displayed, distributed, transmitted or exhibited on or in connection with your Account (“Materials”).
A breach or violation of any term in the Terms of Service, as determined in the sole discretion of eCashbox will result in an immediate termination of your services. No modification or additional service will be added along with the purchased service,
eCashbox is not responsible for damage or missing any sort of things on using this service, This system will be bug free and incase happens in any certain condition, we will rectify and update the service at free of cost. Other than bug eCashbox is not responsible for any sort of issues.
Your account will safe and secure unless and until you disclose your security information to others.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. eCashbox cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
The fees charged for use of the eCashbox Services are set out on the Website (or as notified to you in the case of some exclusive plans) ("Fees") and are subject to change. We can change the Fees, and/or introduce new pricing packages and terms, at any time by giving you 30 day's prior notice (by email to your Primary Admin or by displaying a message the next time you use the eCashbox Services). The new Fees or pricing/package terms will apply to you from expiry date of your service only, unless you cancel your account. Also, the new Fees will apply to you immediately if you choose to change your plan/package (or if you reactivate your plan after cancellation). Fees are charged in advance on an annual basis and are non-refundable.
Your account will make it on hold in case of non renewal after the expiry date with notice send to your primary mail address. Account will get active immediately once your renewal happenned.
upgrade or downgrade your account
You may upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. The upgrade or downgrade will become effective immediately. If you downgrade your account, no refunds will be paid back. If you upgrade your account the balance amount less than the paid amount will charged, In case excess amount availed in your credit (On Upgrading or Renewing) then you can used in next renewal.
disaster/ any server issue
We are handling backup on every 24 hours cycle, We can assure you 99% of safety on disaster and server based issues. In case happens we are having backup upto last 24 hours.
We can cancel or suspend your account at any time on written notice to you. Such termination will be effective at the end of your then-current paid-up subscription period. We may also cancel or suspend your account immediately if you are violate the terms.
